You can call me Val — a wife, new(ish) mom, big sister, bold artist, and Bay Area–based photographer with a deep fondness for nature’s quiet beauty and the stories it holds. My work is for the lovers and the broken-hearted, for modern households shaped by real-life resilience and tenderness, because I believe leaning on our chosen family gives us a strength worth honoring too. Inspired by the ever-changing seasons, rich textures, warm colors, and the way light gently filters through, I capture fleeting moments that make each day feel like a gift. Every family holds its own kind of magic - the way a mother’s presence becomes a place of comfort, how small hands reach for something new, how a father gives it his all.
